ROUTE 1

I already have a PT

  1. Scan the QR they shared or enter their PT code on the Get started page.
  2. Check the PT name before continuing.
  3. Complete the short enquiry. You do not need an account or password.
  4. Your PT receives your enquiry and can contact you.
  5. Use the secure email link to open your private MyElitePT account.
QR links and PT codes reach the same coach-linked journey. If the wrong PT appears, stop and check the code before submitting.

ROUTE 2

I am looking for a PT

Open the PT marketplace. Compare approved PTs by location, specialties, response information, packages and reviews before choosing.

ROUTE 3

I want to use AI Coach

Create an account and choose the £19.99 AI Coach membership. Complete the full intake so the AI plan has enough context. AI Coach does not include human PT messages, appointments, check-ins or community access.

SECURE ACCESS

Claiming your MyElitePT account

MyElitePT never emails temporary passwords. The Continue with MyElitePT link verifies the intended email and opens the correct next step. Links expire; your PT can send a new one if needed.

BEFORE PROGRAMMING

The detailed intake

The full form covers your SMART goal, experience, training history, schedule, equipment, lifestyle, sleep, recovery, injuries, PAR-Q, nutrition, preferences and required consents. Your PT can fill sections with you, but you must personally confirm health and consent information.
