Using MyElitePT
Our accessibility work covers readable text, clear headings and labels, keyboard navigation, visible focus, colour contrast, touch-friendly controls and layouts that adapt to screen size. We respect reduced-motion preferences and provide text alongside important icons.
You can use your browser’s zoom and your device’s accessibility settings. Optional photographs and connected-health features are not required to contact support or exercise your data rights.
Accessibility status
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA as a reference for improvements. We do not currently claim full conformance. Complex plan-editing and calendar interactions, and third-party sign-in or payment pages, may still present barriers with some assistive technologies.
Help and alternative formats
If a form, document or feature is difficult to use, email support@myelitept.app. Tell us what you need to do and your preferred way to receive help. We will discuss a reasonable adjustment or alternative route without asking for unnecessary health information.
Report an accessibility problem
Email our support address with “Accessibility” in the subject. If possible, include the page or screen, what happened, your device and any assistive technology used. Please do not send passwords or private client records.
We will acknowledge your report and explain the next step. We prioritise barriers that prevent access to accounts, safety information, payments or essential coaching tasks.
