Processors and platform partners

Hosting, database, email and AI services process relevant information for MyElitePT under their data-protection terms. Stripe and Apple also act as independent controllers for activities such as payment security and their own platform services. Independent PTs control their professional coaching decisions. A service provider is not automatically a processor for every activity.
Vercel
Website, application hosting, server functions and operational security. Global delivery and support locations; private media is described separately below.
Neon
Managed PostgreSQL database for account and coaching records. Our main database is in Northern Virginia, United States.
Clerk
Account authentication, identity verification and sign-in.
Stripe
Payments, PT Connect accounts, identity checks, payouts, refunds and fraud controls.
Apple
iPhone distribution, StoreKit purchases, Sign in with Apple, push delivery and device-controlled Health permissions.
Resend
Transactional and permission-based marketing email delivery, including recipient addresses, necessary message content and delivery outcomes.
OpenAI
AI Coach and optional AI-assisted coaching tasks, using only the client context required for the selected feature.
Sentry
Restricted error and crash diagnostics in our EU-region project. Session Replay is disabled and sensitive diagnostic content is filtered.
Vercel Blob
Private controlled storage for photographs, verification evidence, receipts and other managed uploads. Our private media store is in London, United Kingdom.
Upstash
Rate limiting, caching, delivery controls, deletion safeguards and consented website-activity counts with limited retention. Our service endpoint is in London; provider support and subprocessors may operate elsewhere.
Google Workspace
Company email for support, privacy, legal and order correspondence. Data may be processed through Google’s global infrastructure and support services.
Printing and delivery providers
For a personalised top order, the printer receives the name, artwork, garment choices and profile QR needed to make it. Delivery providers receive the contact and address details needed to deliver it. They do not receive client coaching records. Contact us for the provider handling your order.
International access and transfers
Some providers or their approved subprocessors may operate outside the United Kingdom. Where UK law requires it, we use a UK adequacy regulation, the International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to approved standard clauses or another lawful safeguard, alongside measures such as encryption, access controls, data minimisation and retention limits.
UK transfer safeguards are recorded in our supplier agreements, including the UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses and applicable adequacy arrangements. Contact our privacy address for information about the safeguards or a copy, with confidential and third-party information protected where necessary.
Changes
We review providers and their subprocessors. A material change that affects how your information is used will be reflected here and notified as required. Where we act as a PT’s processor, intended subprocessor additions or replacements are subject to the notice and objection process in the PT Data Processing Addendum.
